2 Tier Revolving Chrome Tie/Belt Rail Stand

This two-tier spinning tier belt rack is 60” high, and it features 18” diameter weighted base, 20-3” long hooks on top lever, 28-3” hooks on the bottom level, an attractive chrome finish and 3/8” threaded receiver on top of the centre pole. The weighted base makes the rack stable and prevents it from tipping over, and the 3/8” thread on top of the centre pall makes it easy to attach a sign frame with 3/8” threaded stem to the top of the rack.
